Seahawks Family Fest

On 6/23/13 we attended the Seahawks Family Fest with our good friends the Anderson's. This is a pretty cool event where you get to go on the field and run drills, tour the Seahawks locker room, meet some players and more. We had a blast and hope to do this every year. Charlotte did not want to go home.

So after 9 years of working for Safeco/Liberty Mutual Insurance, I (Carla) decided to put in my resignation as I have accepted a new job as a Business Analyst at Brooks (for those of you not familiar with the company they are primarily known for their running shoes). This was an extremely hard decision for me but I just felt that it was time for something new and Brooks was offering me some interesting and exciting work. So....on my last day of work at Liberty Mutual (6/21/13) I decided to take Charlotte to work with me. I sent out a few final emails, gave my hugs, and then turned over my badge and computer around 9:30am. The rest of the day Charlotte and I spent touring around downtown and riding the ducks. We had a good time.

Over Fathers Day weekend we went camping with our friends Travis and Sarah Fischer and their two boys, Ryan and Garrett. The kids had an absolute blast and we hope to make this an annual tradition.
