Regina and Ryan Kelley and Matt and I ran in the 5K Foam Fest this morning as Team BeastMode. This race was soooooo much fun. Tons of obstacles along the coarse including 5 and 8 foot walls that we had to climb over, army crawling through the mud under electric wires which DO shock....Matt can vouge for that, lily pads over Lake Sammamish, bouncy houses with foam, slip n slides, very large slides they called the death drop and much more.
