Charlotte has found her feet

Charlotte loves her feet. At the beginning of the month she discovered that she had feet and whenever her pants came off...her feet came up and into her mouth. Till just recently she only knew they were there if her pants were off but now, she realizes that they are always there. We are so proud of her recent discovery. 

Back to work

Well...I did it. I successfully made it through my first day back to work after four and a half months of maternity leave. Of course I cried all the way into the office and for a few hours once I was there but I made it all the way till three o'clock and thats what matters. The worst is over and it will only get easier from here. Charlotte did fine today, but she did spend it with her dad, so that was to be expected. Tomorrow Grandma Marcy will be watching her and then Monday it is off to daycare. I worry a little bit for that day but I am transitioning as slow as I can so I have done all that I can. Thanks to all the calls, texts, and emails. I have such great family and friends. Love you all. - Carla

Freaking out

So...I go back to work this week and Charlotte starts daycare next week. I am freaking out. :( Today we went into the daycare to just hang out and get a feel for things and I started crying right there in front of the teachers. UGH...this is going to be hard. The daycare seems all well and fine, it is just me not wanting to give up spending the days with my beautiful little Charlotte. Please pray for us as we make this transition. Thanks.
