Country Village and Zoo Lights

Yesterday was a busy one for us.....fun....but we did a lot. :) We started the morning at the Lynnwood Play Date Cafe, came back for nap time, then went to the Bothell Country Village for Haircuts. There we also rode the train and rode ponies. After that we headed South to have dinner with our friends the Fischer's and then we went to the Point Defiance Zoo for Zoo Lights. We had a lot of fun. Great way to end the holidays. :)

Christmas Eve and Christmas

We had the pleasure of hosting Christmas Eve dinner with some of our favorite friends, the Watsons. :) The kids had a blast together and we had a wonderful Prime Rib dinner. Here are a few photos from Christmas Eve and also Christmas morning. :)

First snow of the season. Instead of going to work, we took vacation days and stayed home with the girls. They enjoyed playing in the snow and then coming in for hot chocolate.

Snowflake Lane

Every night during the month of December in Bellevue, Washington, the city shuts down Bellevue Way in front of the mall and has a big Christmas festival in the street. The fun starts at 7pm and consists of snow falling from the rooftops, drummer boys, dancing elves, people on stilts, snow princesses, and more. Lots of singing and dancing and happy kids. This is the first year that we took the girls to it and they loved it. I highly recommend it if you live in the area. Very fun. :) Happy Holidays.

Anna's Birthday and Santa

Sorry I'm almost 2 months behind, but here are pictures from Annabel's birthday. She turned 2 on October 6th and we had her party on October 5th, less than 24 hours after I arrived home from Germany. The party was very fun. The Lynnwood Playdate Cafe took care of everything for me. Made it very nice.

Never mind the underwear folks. Sorry.

Christmas dresses

Meeting Santa. :) This is the first year that Charlotte was comfortable with Santa and smiled and told him what she would like for Christmas. :) After 4 years of looking like Anna does in this picture....we were very proud. :)
